One pallet, two pallets or a larger shipment
We move single pallets, two pallets and multiple pallets, as well as cartons, machinery and other freight. Include the quantity, weight of each pallet or item, total shipment weight and dimensions with your booking request.
Consolidated pallet rates apply up to 500 kg per pallet. Heavier pallets and other freight receive an operations quote.

Freight questions
Can I arrange container fumigation?
Yes. Fumigation is carried out at Ozi depots only. Request a fumigation quote through the customer portal with your container size, quantity, cargo details, preferred depot and date, and treatment or documentation requirements. We will confirm the service scope, availability and pricing.
What information do I need for a freight quote?
Provide pickup and delivery locations, pallet quantity, total weight, dimensions, preferred dates and loading or unloading requirements. For containers, include the size, wharf or rail terminal and whether the container is full or empty.
How do I request a booking?
Open Customer Login, sign in and choose Booking Request. Enter your shipment details and submit. Your request is confirmed only when operations changes its status to Confirmed.
How do I request a freight quote?
Choose Customer login, create an account and confirm your email. In the portal, choose Freight quote and submit your freight details. Your quote will be emailed to your account email address. Quotes include a 34.5% fuel levy and GST. Tolls, terminal fees and special handling are agreed separately.
Can I book wharf and rail container transport?
Yes. Select Rail in your booking request and provide the container size, full or empty status, terminal, pickup and delivery locations, preferred time and any dehire requirements. Operations will confirm equipment, availability and charges.
Where can I see tracking updates and PODs?
Open your shipment in the customer portal to see updates entered by operations. PODs and other shipment documents are available to download after operations uploads them.
Can I arrange regular loads or another freight lane?
Include your route, expected loads per week and collection or delivery windows. Operations will review availability and discuss the transport arrangement with you.
