Website content and branding

Website materials are owned by Ozi Corporation Pty Ltd or used under licence, where applicable. You may view this website and retain copies needed for your own freight enquiries and bookings. Except as permitted by law or the relevant licence, do not reproduce or republish protected content, code, images or branding without permission from the rights holder.

Do not use the Ozi name or logo to impersonate us or suggest that we endorse your business.

Your quotes and account

Quotes supplied through your account are for evaluating and arranging your own freight. Keep customer-specific pricing confidential. You may share a quote with your staff, professional advisers or people arranging that shipment who need it and agree to keep it confidential, or where disclosure is required by law.

Do not publish customer-specific quotes, resell portal access, or use automated tools to harvest quotes or reconstruct our rate cards. These restrictions do not prevent ordinary comparison of freight offers for your own shipment.

Use your own account and protect your login details. Do not bypass account restrictions or access another customer’s quotes, shipments or documents. Ozi may suspend portal access for misuse.

Permissions and concerns

For permission to reuse content or to report copying, impersonation or account misuse, email operation@ozi-corp.net with the relevant links and details.

These terms supplement our payment and trading terms. They do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law.
